Local Author Visit

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are very excited to let you know that we have local author, Hannah Welch, visiting school on Tuesday 11th November to share her first published book with our EYFS children.

Hannah, will be holding a special story time session, where she will read her new book and talk to the children about being an author and creating stories.

Her book, ‘Some Brothers and Some Sisters’, links perfectly to our current topic theme, ‘All About Me’, as it gently explores family relationships, different kinds of families, and the special people who make them unique.

Hannah has also kindly offered families the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of her book. If you would like to do so, please follow the link below. This link has also been shared on the Tranmere Times and via a written letter.

If purchased, signed copies will be handed out to the children at the end of the story session. 

Please note that this is completely independent from school. All purchases are handled directly with the author — no money will be collected or organised by school.
