Eagles use Charcoal in Art

As part of our topic work, the children have been looking at physical and human geography features that they might find at the coast. Today, we focused on cliffs; where the children drew a cliff using pencil before using charcoal to show light and shade. The children learnt that applying more pressure resulted in a darker colour and that they could blend charcoal to create a realistic image.
