Eagles get weighing!

Today, Eagles have been learning to use the balances. They have learnt that the bucket goes down when an object is heavier and that the bucket goes up for the lightest object. They have also learnt that the scale balances when two objects weigh the same. 

The children also weighed objects using cubes. How many cubes does the pen weigh? How many cubes does the apple weigh? The children loved to investigate and worked well in their pairs.
